- I'm having trouble getting my pictures from Facebook/Flickr/Photobucket?
- Because we don't have total control over the consistency of the connection to sites like Facebook, we can't guarantee that your photos will always be accessible.
- How many photos can I upload at a time?
- You can upload up to 200 photos in a given session. If you need to upload more than 200 photos, you'll have to upload those first 200, and then refresh your browser to upload more.
- What file formats does Elephoto accept?
- Currently we only accept RGB formated JPG images for photos.
- What are the photo size limits?
- In order to ensure respectable image quality, photos must be at least 480x480px. The maximum size is 6000x6000 pixels. Most photos taken by digital cameras shouldn't fall outside this range.
- What do I do if my photos are too small?
- If your photos are too small to be uploaded into Elephoto, it's best to look for a higher quality image. Photos smaller than the minimum upload size will not print well and resizing them so that they upload will not remedy this.
The best idea is to find a higher quality source image. A high quality version may still exist on your camera, or somwhere else on your harddrive.
- What do I do if my photos are too large?
- If your photos are too large to be uploaded into Elephoto, you can easily resize them down using a simple graphics editing software on your computer.

- How long does Elephoto keep my photos?
- Elephoto maintains your photos on the site for twelve months after account creation or your last purchase. If you do not purchase any product or service from us for a period of 12 months, we may delete the images stored in your account. In addition, if your account becomes inactive for a period of 12 months, Elephoto may, at its option, terminate access to the account altogether (including deletion of any account information held on elephoto.ca).
- How do I change my password?
- You can change your password by clicking here.
- How do I change my contact information?
- All of your account information is accessible through the My Account Page.
- How do I view my previous orders?
- All of your previous orders are displayed at the Order History Page.
- How do I delete my account?
- If you want to delete your account, contact the Elephoto Support Team at support@elephoto.ca.
- Can I pick up my book instead of shipping?
- Elephoto currently does not allow pick up of books, though we may consider offering this at a later date.
- Why haven't I received my order yet?
- All Elephoto orders contain a UPS tracking code which will let you track the shipping progress of your Elephoto order.
- How many pages can I have in my book?
- The minimum number of pages in a book is 20. Any fewer than that might reduce the quality of the binding. You can have up to a maximum of 80 pages in your book.
- Are discounts available for bulk orders?
- Currently, bulk discounts are not handled through Elephoto, but through our parent company The Printing House®. Click here for more details.
- What do I do if I don't like my book?
- Elephoto stands behind our products. If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, for any reason, send it back to us (return shipping costs are at the user’s expense), and we’ll reprint it absolutely free (Elephoto will pay for the replacement shipping expense). If you’re still not 100% satisfied, return the product (return shipping costs are at the clients expense), and we’ll refund the purchase price of the book in full (shipping expenses are not reimbursed).
